It's time to start making arrangements to attend the International Oat Conference in Chile this November! People already on the IOC list recently received an update on the preparations from Claudia Acosta. The information from that update has been posted on the newsletter's IOC page.

Of particular note: If you are sending seed for the demo plots, it must be received in Chile by April 15th! Some people have been wondering about the fate of the seed, and there is some additional information with options in the posted text. Additional information about accompanying persons has also been added. I would also like to remind everyone that abstracts are due May 15th!
