Happy New Year! As mentioned in the last update, the “Speaking of Oats…” webinar series is back, and the next one will be held on Tuesday, January 20th, at 11:00 am EST (UTC -5).
Two students from Ali Babar’s lab at the University of Florida will present:
1) Samuel Adewale - “Integrating genomics, enviromics, and high-throughput phenotyping tools for improving biomass and grain yield in southern US oat germplasm”, and
2) Janam Acharya - “Genetics of stem and crown rust resistance in southern US oat germplasm”
