Another scan shows two more webinars next week!

Performing another scan of Twitter brought up two more webinars, one on Monday, March 20th, at 1 pm GMT, and the other on Thursday, March 23rd, from 1:30-4:30 pm GMT.

The Monday webinar features Cathal McCabe, who’s part of the Healthy Oats project at UC Dublin. He will talk about “Diversity in Oat Germplasm Characterisation and Potential for a Changing Food System”. This webinar is part of UCD’s “Research Bites” series. You can register here.

On the Thursday, the International Grains Council will present "Trends in coarse grains markets for food and feed: barley, sorghum, oats and millet". You can register for that meeting here.

Note that times across the world are still all messed up this week, so check the time offset for your location at World Time Buddy.

Today, of course, is St. Patrick’s Day, so I hope everyone will enjoy that. Make your oat beer green! Monday is Nowruz, the Persian New Year. Here’s a throwback to one of the Nowruz celebrations we had at Ottawa RDC, AAFC, hosted by Mehri Hadinezhad.

Enjoy!
